Trial Counsel - Represent clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in the following practice areas: business/commercial litigation; contract disputes; class action/mass torts, product liability; personal injury/ insurance defense; and federal False Claims Act (qui tam whistleblower) cases.  I have tried more than seventy-five (75) jury trials to verdict as first-chair lead counsel and resolved hundreds of other cases prior to verdict and/or via arbitration or non-jury trials. I have twice served as lead counsel on cases argued before the Supreme Court of Virginia.
